Grab your Iphone and record stories for your website and social media. But you should think before you act. What about the light? What about the sound? Is the scene and surroundings working and appropriate? What about the people, are they comfortable? Have you prepared yourself and the participants before you hit the button?
With your Iphone you can record in HD and 4K if you want. 4K is basically like killing birds with cannons, because it will not benefit in any way when using it on the net in everyday circumstances. So stick with HD. And go for some nice and small gadgets which gives better sound and light.
